Practices

30-45 Minute team practices are conveniently held on game days before the game. You can sign up for one practice during the week with our professional skill coaches which are highly recommended. (not mandatory).

WHAT TO BRING

  • SZN SPORTS REVERSIBLE SOCCER JERSEY IS PROVIDED.

  • SZN SPORTS BALLS AND GOALIE GLOVES ARE PROVIDED FOR USE.

  • PLAYERS MUST WEAR SHIN GUARDS.

  • PLAYERS MAY WEAR BLACK SHORTS OR SWEATPANTS (NO POCKETS)

  • RUBBER CLEATS OR GYM SHOES (NO METAL SPIKES)

  • A MOUTHGUARD IS RECOMMENDED DURING PLAY

AWARDS

Championship and runner-up winners in the minors and majors divisions will receive a trophy at the end of the SZN. All Rookie players will receive a unique participation award.

COACHES & OFFICIALS

All coaches and referees are SZN Sports Certified and undergo a background check.

Coaching is easy and fun at SZN Sports! If you are interested in learning more about coaching with us, please visit the “Become A Coach” page on our website to learn more or sign up during the registration process. Your family plays for free if you sign up to become a coach!

STAFF

There will be a SZN Sport Coordinator on site to assist and provide support to players, coaches, and parents. These staff members undergo a background check.
